FEES

Plant Novelty Rights understands the importance of expenses incurred by the applicant versus the applicant’s return on the investment made in the intellectual property protection.  Plant Novelty Rights’ fees are based on a flat rate model, are negotiated according to the specific needs of the applicant and depend on the type of application filed.  For example, U.S. utility patent applications are generally more expensive than plant patent applications due to the complex nature of the utility patent application’s content.  However, Plant Novelty Rights strives to offer affordability, where affordability is often not possible with large patent law firms.
